Psychodrama is a method of group psychotherapy and social intervention created by Jacob Levy Moreno. Rather than only talking about problems, in Psychodrama we put situations into action. Through dramatisation, we explore human relationships, try out new ways of being, and foster collective creativity. It is a practice that takes place in a group, and that values the encounter between people as a driving force for transformation.
